Standard Ticket (16 and over)

Premium Seat (Closer to Stage - undercover) (13 and over) £42                                                                                                                                      Family Ticket - Two Adults + up to 4 Young People  £57

3-15 years £5  (0-3 babies go free)

Disabled Space - Undercover - Hard standing space ( 16 and over) £34

* the space includes a seat for an assistant should you need to bring a person along.

 

 

 

Book camping at the time of booking your festival ticket.

Camping passes can be found under the 'SUNDRIES' CATEGORY.

OR if you are purchasing separately to your ticket CAMPING CAN BE SELECTED ON THE SEATING PLAN by hovering over and clicking ether the YELLOW or ORANGE blocks. 

All pitches are on grass and accessed by a moderately sized road.

Pitches will be allocated on arrival.

Camping is just a stones throw to the festival arena.

NO ELECTRIC HOOK UP AVAILABLE.

TOILET FACILITIES ONLY ... NO SHOWERS PROVIDED.

NO DOGS ALLOWED ONSITE - accept for ASSISTANCE DOGS that must be kept on leads at all times.

ARRIVAL and PITCH ALLOCATION TIME FOR ALL CAMPERS   10.30 am UNTIL 16.00pm - Strictly NO LATE ARRIVALS

 

Check out time 12.00pm Midday Sunday 6th August

Camping pitches are given first refusal on our limited spaces for the very popular LATE NIGHT CHILL in the COURTYARD

 

                       

Book your CarPark pass at the time of booking your festival tickets. They can be found within the 'SUNDRIES CATAGORY'

OR ALTERNATIVELY CLICK ON THE BLACK BLOCK in the seating plan section if you are purchasing at a later date to your ticket purchase.

Parking charges are £6 for the whole day

Any extra vehicles who are sharing a camping pitch must buy a Car Pass and park on the Car Park. 

Sleeping in a Vehicle parked on the Car Park is prohibited. 

No dogs or animals can be left in vehicles during the time you are attending the Festival. 

Vehicles who belong to people who are not camping must leave the site by 1.00am Sunday 6th August. No Vehicles left overnight. 

The contents of vehicles left during festival hours are left at the drivers own risk.                                                    

                                                                     

CAMPING  PITCHES

CAR PARKING



The Seating area and wheelchair spaces are undercover.
Standing/picnic blanket areas are uncovered at present. We respectfully ask that whilst performers are on the main stage you refrain from the use of umbrellas. In the event of a down pour we intend to erect gazebos surrounding the performance area for those who wish to take cover.



SEATS are selected individually as seen on the seating plan.

STANDING/BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR tickets are found by hovering over then clicking the RED BLOCK in the seating plan.Child tickets are available from this section also

FAMILY STANDING/BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR will be found by hovering over then clicking the SKY BLUE block on the seating plan.

CAMPING PITCHES will be found in Sundries or by clicking on the YELLOW or ORANGE blocks when viewing the seating plan.

PARKING PASSES will be found in either in sundries section when buying your ticket OE by clicking the BLACK BLOCK within the seating plan.


DISABLED ATTENDEES.
those persons attending who have an access card which allows you to bring a carer may of course do so, in the UNRESERVED BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR section (red in the seating plan) 



TICKET INSURANCE Ticket source (the agency where the tickets are being sold) offer a third party ticket insurance against your tickets. West Country Festivals are in no way connected to this company and can not be responsible regarding enquiries for refunds or exchanges.
